I work with growing start-ups, non-profits and SMEs, often as interim management, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. I work to create and implement pragmatic structures that reflect your needs as you develop. I’m known for building effective, curious learning cultures in the teams I work with: embedding practices like retrospectives and show and tells, as well as offering coaching and individual support; creating a transparent, collaborative culture.

data governance

Data is critical to every organisation and industry. From how we meet net-zero to managing relationships with customers. I work with clients to help them consider the culture, processes and governance needed for managing their data and how they approach data protection.

chairing, facilitation and training

I’m an experienced chair, facilitator and trainer. I enjoy creating experiences, virtually and in-person, that put people at ease, that develop new ideas, uncover existing experiences and that build capabilities.
As both an academic and corporate educator, much of my work has been in developing learning experiences in new and cutting edge areas, often as part of data or digital transition.
